बदलता मौसम कर रहा बीमार: वायरल बुखार से पूरा घर परेशान, मेडिकल कॉलेज में बढ़े मरीज; ऐसे करें बचाव
उत्तर प्रदेश के आगरा में बदलते मौसम में लोग वायरल बुखार से पीड़ित हो रहे हैं। परिवार में एक को होने पर तीन-पांच दिन में दूसरे सदस्य भी बीमार हो जा रहे हैं। चिकित्सक कोविड प्रोटोकॉल अपनाने की सलाह दे रहे हैं। ओपीडी में ऐसे मरीजों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ रही है।
मेडिसिन विभाग के डॉ. टीपी सिंह ने बताया कि ओपीडी में मरीजों की संख्या 750 तक पहुंच रही है। इसमें 60 फीसदी वायरल बुखार, निमोनिया, सांस लेने में परेशानी, आंख-सिर में दर्द, आंखें लाल होने के मरीज हैं। बड़ी वजह मौसम का बदलाव है। संपर्क में आने से दूसरों को भी हो रहा है। ओपीडी में एक ही घर के तीन से चार मरीज आ रहे हैं।
बाल रोग विभाग के डॉ. शिवप्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि मौसम में गर्माहट आने पर बच्चे गर्म कपड़े उतार दे रहे हैं। शादी-समारोह में आइसक्रीम, ठंडा पानी पी रहे हैं। इससे निमोनिया, बुखार-खांसी, खराश, सिर में दर्द की परेशानी हो रही है।
इन बातों का रखें ख्याल :
- जुकाम-खांसी होने पर मास्क लगाएं।
- दूसरे की तौलिया का उपयोग न करें।
- अभी भी टू-लेयर में कपड़े पहनें।
- गुनगुना पानी पीएं, पानी की भाप लें।
- गर्म सूप पीएं, गुनगुना दूध पीएं।
- आइसक्रीम, ठंडा पानी से बचें।
- बीपी-मधुमेह नियंत्रित रखें, दवाएं बंद न करें।
