District Development Commissioner (DDC) kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the arrangements for upcoming ‘My Town My Pride’ programme here.
The meeting discussed threadbare all arrangements to ensure successful conduct of the programme, scheduled to be held on October 19 and 20.
The DDC asked all the concerned officers to work in tandem and coordination so that people of these could get benefitted of the new initiative of the Government, envisaged to provide service delivery and governance at the doorsteps of the people living in all 04 towns in district.
He also asked them to ensure cent percent saturation of all beneficiary Oriented Schemes.
Revenue officers were directed to establish their camps at the identified venues and issue citizen services like Domicile certificates, Income Certificates and other revenue related papers.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, ACR, JD-Planning Exens of R&B,PDD,Jal Shakti, CAO, CHO, CMO, CMO, DYSSO,EO's and other district and sectoral officers
